Significant experience in working with founders to scale whilst shaping culture and future proofing operations. Success in both scaling existing presence and launching new operations into Europe. Transformational experiences include Acquisition (pre & post), Integration, Crisis Management, Digital Transformation including worldwide ERP and EIS Systems implementation as project sponsor and lead. With a natural propensity for high performance and proven to leverage profitable business growth, analyse and address risks and opportunities to formulate strategies that significantly optimise business performance brings extensive experience of leading large centralised businesses across UK, Europe, and USA. Madan Mohan Muralidhar (Maddy) (BE, MBA - UK)

An engineering graduate in Industrial Management with an MBA from Cardiff University. He has over 15 years of hands on experience in the UK’s franchise food industry having worked with brands like KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Subway, Anytime Fitness. Having worked with multiple group businesses across the UK, he closely works with the teams in UK and India. His deep knowledge of the industry and customer focus have led to long-lasting client relationships. He possesses a strong understanding of the needs and means of driving the overall client experience including continuous process improvements, analytics

Amith Kariappa KC (BE)

Director

An engineering graduate in Industrial Management and researcher at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Amith has over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology sector. Having worked at Accenture, he is the founder of Winprotech. He has led many software development projects including bespoke business cloud applications for the clients in UK, USA and India. He has worked closely with the clients including Wipro, FedEx, Sharpedge Solutions, Unisys, ANZ Operations, GE, Dun & Bradstreet. Amith has been instrumental in leading IT solutions for UK franchise clients in automating and improving efficiency of processes. He also manages the team responsible for the technical infrastructure and support around the clock to ensure that no IT problems hamper the team’s productivity. His team ensures data integrity, data backup and overall security for all our client data
